Cancellation Policy

​Catherine Day Holistic Healthcare and Wellbeing 🌿 All treatments must be paid for in full at the time of booking. Each appointment is reserved especially for you, and your booking means that time is set aside exclusively for your treatment. I understand that circumstances can change, and I kindly ask that you provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment. ​ Cancellation Policy More than 48 hours’ notice: No cancellation fee will apply, and your payment will be refunded in full. Within 48 hours of your appointment: A cancellation charge of up to 50% of the treatment cost may apply, where reasonable and proportionate to the loss incurred. Any remaining balance will be refunded. Failure to attend: If you do not attend your appointment without prior notice, a cancellation charge of up to 50% of the treatment cost may apply, where reasonable and proportionate to the loss incurred.​ ​ Rescheduling Appointments If you need to rearrange your appointment, please contact me as soon as possible. Changes are subject to availability, and the cancellation policy may apply to appointments rearranged with less than 48 hours’ notice. ​ Your Consumer Rights Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights, including any applicable rights to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. For bookings made online through the website, a 14-day cooling-off period may apply.
